2008 PRODUCT INFORMATION   

Placing an Order:  You may order directly with your sales representative, our website or email to: orders@babybcollection.com.

Opening Order:  We require a two crib set minimum for the first order.  There is no minimum for reorders.

Shipping:  We ship from our warehouse in Grand Saline, Texas using UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. 

Availability:  We ship four to six weeks, once our office has received the order. Depending on availability your order could be shipped sooner.  If ordering accessories they will be shipped along with the coordinating crib set.

Payment:  We accept all major credit cards only.

Payment by Online Stores:  We accept all major credit cards.  We charge for each order the day they are shipped.  There is a charge of five dollars for drop ship.

Custom Orders:  Custom designed bedding and accessories are created specially for the customer and due to the extra work we are unable to except returns or exchanges.  Once the order is in production it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy:  All products must be inspected within five days after delivery.  You may report any problems to our office at 903.962.6417. 

Standard Crib Skirt Measurements:

               Box Pleat Skirt is a 15” drop.

               Gathered Skirt is a 17” drop.

               You will need to place a custom order if you prefer a longer length.
